– un œuf
– 75 g de sucre en poudre
– 100 g de cassonade
– 225 g de farine
– une pincée sel
– une c à café de levure chimique
– 50 g de pépites de chocolat
Pour le brownies :
– 60 g de chocolat noir
– 50 g de beurre
– 1 œuf
– 40 g de farine
– 30 de noix de pécan
Préparation :
Pour les cookies : Fouetter l’œuf et le sucre en poudre, le sucre vanille et la cassonade jusqu’à ce que le mélange blanchisse.
fondre le beurre au micro-ondes.
Mélanger la farine, le sel et la levure. Ajouter le beurre puis le mélange œuf + sucres jusqu’à ce qu’il devient homogène. Mettre les pépites de chocolat. Garder au réfrigérateur le temps de préparer la brownies.
Pour les brownies : Préchauffer le four à 180°C. Fondre le beurre et le chocolat au bain marie ou au micro-ondes, ajouter l’œuf battu en omelette. Incorporez le sucre, puis la farine et mélanger bien. Ajouter les noix de pécan. Versez la pâte dans un moule tapissé de papier sulfurisé.
Mettre au four pour 20 minutes, puis découper en rectangles.
Si vous ne pouvez pas attendre servez chaud avec une boule de glace à la vanille!
